Palm Hub Warranty Policy

We are committed to making sure you receive your products in good condition. Every product purchased from Palm Hub comes with a 1-month warranty, subject to the terms and conditions below.

1-Month Product Warranty

All Palm Hub products come with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and eligible product issues that occur under normal and proper use.

The warranty may cover:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Product defects that occur during normal use

  • Other product-related issues approved by Palm Hub

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorised modifications, or other customer-caused damage.

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The 1-month warranty does not cover products that have been damaged due to:

  • Improper use or handling

  • Accidental damage

  • Physical damage caused by the customer

  • Misuse or negligence

  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

  • Failure to follow the recommended product instructions or usage guidelines

  • Normal wear and tear, where applicable

Palm Hub reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue is covered under the warranty based on the condition of the product and the information provided.

Damaged or Defective Product

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact Palm Hub as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Depending on the issue, we may request photos or videos of the product and the problem for verification.

After reviewing the information, Palm Hub may arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, or other resolution where applicable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact Palm Hub via WhatsApp and provide the following details:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the product

  • Photo or video showing the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

Our team will review the information provided and advise you on the next steps.

Please do not send any product back before receiving instructions from Palm Hub.

Important Notice

The 1-month warranty applies to manufacturing defects and eligible product issues under normal use only.

Damage caused by the customer, including accidental damage, improper use, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised modifications, is not covered by the warranty.

All warranty claims are subject to verification and approval by Palm Hub.
