Orders & Payment

Orders are currently paid via bank transfer only. After placing an order, you'll receive our bank account details on the confirmation screen. We manually confirm payment and update your order status once your transfer is received.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Malaysia. Orders over RM200 qualify for free delivery; a delivery fee applies below that threshold and is shown at checkout.

Warranty

All Palm Hub tools come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
