Understanding Our 1-Year Warranty

All tools sold on Palm Hub come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects such as faulty welds, defective steel, or holder joints that fail under normal use.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear — blades naturally lose sharpness with use, and that's expected maintenance, not a defect. It also doesn't cover damage from misuse, such as using a blade for a purpose it wasn't designed for.

If you believe your tool has a manufacturing defect, reach out to us via WhatsApp with your order number and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
